When you use Heartdrop, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and the content of wishes you create (recipient names, messages, photos). If you use voice recording, the audio is processed by OpenAI Whisper for transcription and is not stored after processing.

Wish content is stored as long as your account is active or the wish link remains accessible. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use Google Analytics which sets its own cookies for anonymous usage tracking. No advertising cookies are used.
