By accessing or using Heartdrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Service Description

Heartdrop is a digital platform that uses AI to help users create personalized wish experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions. Wishes are delivered via shareable links or email.

User Accounts

Account creation is optional. You may create wishes as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

Payments & Pricing

  • Single Wish: $2.99 one-time payment
  • Wish Bundle: $9.99 for 5 wishes
  • Forever Plan: $4.99/month subscription
  • Recurring auto-send add-on: $0.99/year per wish

All payments are processed securely. Prices may change with notice. The Forever Plan can be cancelled at any time — you retain access until the end of the billing period.

Content & AI-Generated Messages

Messages are generated by AI based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before sending. Heartdrop is not liable for AI-generated content that may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You retain ownership of any personal content (photos, messages) you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Heartdrop to:

  • Send harassing, threatening, or abusive content
  • Upload illegal or harmful material
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to exploit or compromise the platform

Wish Delivery & Scheduling

We make reasonable efforts to deliver scheduled wishes on time. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to potential technical issues. Heartdrop is not liable for missed or delayed deliveries.

Limitation of Liability

Heartdrop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Heartdrop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
